ABOUT THE BUSINESS SYMPOSIUM
The symposium aspect will accommodate all the captains
of industries and CEO's for 7 days at the
trade fair central pavilion, all exhibitors will be
given an opportunity to talk about their product.
Symposium will start from 12:00pm -3:00 pm daily. It is
advisable for an exhibitor to prepare at least
two personnel that will speak about their product. Radio
Nigeria 96.3F M Amuludun, Moniya
Ibadan will be at the venue to give a live broadcast of
whatever you are saying about your products
on the radio at a considerable charge.
Our partner radio station 96.3 FM will also dedicate
some hours for the trade fair for exhibitors to advertise
at affordable price. Therefore, we advice all interested
exhibitors to get in-touch with the
organizer so as to maximally utilize this unique
opportunity.
For those that have attended our first and second trade
exhibition know how wholesome it was. It is
important to get registered for the symposium so as to
enable the organizer to allocate the time in which you
will speak about your products or services.
Exhibitors have equal right to speak but must register
at the trade fair venue. The uniqueness of this Trade
Fair is that dignitaries (popular business icons) may be
invited to open the fair each day
by purchasing any product of their choice with the
publicity on
radio announcing the arrival and product purchased by of
such
dignitary in way that will facilitate the sales of
exhibitors.
This will draw peoples’ attention to the trade fair.
FOREIGN EXHIBITORS AND PARTICIPANTS
Visas are required for all visitors to Nigeria, with the
exception of Economic Community of West
Africa States (ECOWAS) national whose stay may not
exceed three months. Foreign participants
apart from ECOWAS are advice to obtain entry clearance
from Nigeria diplomatic office in their
country. Invitation letter will be issued upon request.

Obtain registration form from the following addresesss:

3. Amuludun F M, Moniya, Ibadan and all the FRCN FM
stations in the south west of the country.
HOW TO SUBMIT THE REGISTRATION FORM
Duly completed registration form must be submitted to
the organizer

at No 18, Ring Road, by
Bolumole Junction, Challenge, Ibadan.
Oyo state
accompanied with appropriate payment slip and one
passport photograph for each of
the representative of
the exhibitors.
SPACE ALLOCATION AND USES
The organizer shall allocate exhibition space in
accordance with the nature of exhibitors product and
in any other manners deemed fit. Exhibitors are advice
to come and verify their space allocation on
the 10th May, 2009. Organizer will fixed the exhibitors
canopies a day before the trade exhibition
date with the name of each exhibitor attached to their
allocated canopies. Organizers reserve the
right to change the location of the space allocated to
an Exhibitor during or before the
commencement of the Trade Fair. Such exhibitor shall not
be entitled to any claim for compensation
as a result of any change.
NOTE:
Exhibitor shall be billed for any damages to the Trade
Fair facilities and amenities in
their use. Exhibitors must not sublet, exchange or part
with stand allocated to them without the
organizers written consent.
SECURITY
The Organizer shall take all reasonable security
precautions in the interest of the Exhibitors and
Visitors. Though, the organizer shall not be held
responsible for any loss, theft or damages sustained
by Exhibitors direct or indirect. The organizers reserve
the right to refuse at any time the display
of any product without assigning reason.
Security provisions are only during the trade fair hours
i.e. 7: 00am 6:00 pm.
Exhibition of food, drug, cosmetics, medical devices,
bottle water and
chemical should possess evidence of registration
with the NAFDAC as required by the law.
